Owner/Project Manager
I help organisations deliver complex projects, programs, and events with clarity, structure, and confidence.
With extensive experience across government and community‑focused environments, I specialise in end‑to‑end project delivery, grant program management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. My work often sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery—supporting teams to move from planning through to execution, reporting, and measurable outcomes.
I bring a practical, calm approach to high‑pressure environments and am trusted to manage competing priorities, sensitive stakeholder relationships, and tight timeframes without losing focus on quality or impact.
Relevant experience
I’ve spent the majority of my career delivering projects within the NSW Government, working across senior project, brokerage, governance, and regional roles.
In these positions, I have:
• Led teams in senior project roles across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Redesigned and strengthened grant programs, including program logic and evaluation frameworks.
• Delivered large‑scale events, forums, and national meetings involving senior leaders and Ministers.
• Managed procurement processes, contracts, budgets, and risk reporting.
• Provided high‑level advice, briefings, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
Earlier in my career, I built a solid foundation in customer service, compliance, and operational delivery within environmental infrastructures. Experience that continues to shape my professional, client‑focused approach.

Clients liaise with me to take ownership and follow through, communicating clearly and proactively, adapting quickly to new environments, and delivering work that is both strategic and practical. I hold university diploma qualifications in project management and business administration, supporting my hands‑on experience with strong professional foundations.
